Donations

Living Earth Foundation is a registered not-for-profit organisation.  We work with communities, government and the private sector to promote sustainable development.

Donations to Living Earth can be made through BACS or via cheque (details at moment of page). Alternatively you can also donate through the Big Give website.

If you are interested in donating to a particular project or region please reference this during any bank transfer, or by writing on the back of cheques posted to our London office. As well as unrestricted donations Living Earth is currently accepting funds for the following projects:

Alaska

You can help to promote effective education and greater understanding of global environmental concerns by funding our school exchange programme between Alaskan and Scottish schools.

Cameroon

With your help Living Earth can continue to tackle social and environmental concerns in Cameroon. Donations can be used to combat illegal logging, halt the trade of bush meat or support our Forest Voices project, which seeks to enhance respect for the human rights of marginalised groups in Cameroon.

Nigeria

By donating to our projects in Nigeria you can support our work to improve governance and transparency as well as the building of sustainable community-based energy facilities within the Niger Delta.

Uganda

In Uganda we are working with poor urban communities to practically address environmental issues in their local areas, with special emphasis on solid waste management and urban sanitation. Your donations can go to support this work as well as our commitment to promote environmental education.

Multi-country

As well as supporting country specific projects Living Earth is also implementing the multi-country Waste to Wealth project in Uganda, Cameroon and Nigeria. By donating to this project you will be helping to foster the development of wealth creating waste processing enterprises, from plastic recycling in Cameroon to the production of organic fuel briquettes in Uganda.
